1. Introduction

Lisbon West Charters (“LWC”) operates as an intermediary and experience curator, connectingclients with independently owned and operated vessels for private charter experiences.

Lisbon West Charters does not own, manage, or operate any of the vessels presented or promoted. Each vessel is operated by its respective owner (“Vessel Owner”) and professional crew, who aresolely responsible for vessel operation, safety, licensing, and compliance with maritime regulations.

By submitting an enquiry, confirming a booking, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms &Conditions

2. Role of Lisbon West Charters

Lisbon West Charters acts exclusively as an intermediary between clients and Vessel Owners.

Our services include:
• Experience curation and design
• Matching clients with suitable vessels
• Booking facilitation and coordination
• Communication between parties

The execution of the charter service itself is the sole responsibility of the Vessel Owner andappointed crew.

3. Services Provided

Lisbon West Charters provides experience curation, coordination, and booking facilitation services.

Charter services are provided by third-party Vessel Owners, each operating under their own terms,conditions, operational rules, and cancellation policies. These may vary from vessel to vessel.

4. Enquiries & Bookings

Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking.

All bookings are subject to:
• Vessel availability
• Confirmation by the Vessel Owner
• Acceptance of vessel-specific terms and policies

A booking is considered confirmed only after required payments have been received and writtenconfirmation has been issued.

5. Pricing & Payments

The total experience value may include:
• A charter fee charged by the Vessel Owner
• A service fee charged by Lisbon West Charters

5.1 Service Fee

Lisbon West Charters applies a service fee covering experience curation, coordination, and booking facilitation.
As this work begins immediately once the booking process starts, the service fee is non-refundable

5.2 Charter Fee & Deposits

Charter deposits and remaining balances are determined by Vessel Owner policies and will be communicated prior to confirmation.

Payments may be split into:
• A deposit to secure the reservation
• A remaining balance due prior to departure

6. Cancellations By The Client

In the event of cancellation by the client:
• The Lisbon West Charters service fee remains non-refundable
• Charter fee refunds, if applicable, are subject exclusively to the Vessel Owner’s cancellation policy
• Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the vessel and notice period

Lisbon West Charters does not guarantee refunds and acts solely as an intermediary facilitatingcommunication with the Vessel Owner.

7. Weather & Force Majeure

All charters are subject to weather and sea conditions.

Final decisions regarding safety, route changes, timing adjustments, and cancellations are made bythe Vessel Owner or vessel captain, in accordance with maritime regulations.

In case of cancellation due to weather or force majeure:
• Experiences may be rescheduled, modified, or cancelled
• Refunds or rescheduling options depend on Vessel Owner policies

Lisbon West Charters is not responsible for weather-related decisions.

8. No-Shows & Late Arrivals

Failure to arrive at the agreed time and location without prior notice may be considered a no-show.

No-shows and significant delays are not eligible for refunds and may result in reduced charterduration at the discretion of the Vessel Owner.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:
• Follow all instructions provided by the crew
• Behave responsibly onboard
• Respect safety procedures and vessel rules

Lisbon West Charters and Vessel Owners reserve the right to terminate a charter without refund if guest behavior compromises safety

10. Liability Limitation

Lisbon West Charters is not liable for:
• Acts, omissions, or negligence of Vessel Owners, crew members, or third parties
• Injuries, damages, losses, or delays arising from vessel operation
• Loss or damage of personal belongings

Responsibility for vessel operation, safety, and onboard conduct lies exclusively with the VesselOwner and appointed crew

11. Third-Party Services

Certain services may be provided by third parties, including but not limited to Vessel Owners,catering providers, or additional suppliers.

Lisbon West Charters acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for third-partyperformance

12. Data Protection

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.Details are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Personal data may be shared with Vessel Owners solely for the purpose of delivering the requestedexperience.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Portugal.
